Chef de Parties are required to join the kitchen of a multi-outlet hotel in Leicester Role: The Head Chef of a busy, four star hotel is recruiting for Chef de Parties to join the team working in the kitchen.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be preparing dishes for the restaurant which offers guests an international menu featuring a wide variety of dishes as well as the bar which has a smaller menu with light bites and sharing dishes and the conference/ banqueting department.The hotel can offer great training opportunities to develop your all round cooking skills and work your way up the ladder in the kitchen. Requirements: A Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step in their career or a Chef de Partie who is seeking a new challenge in a busy kitchen will both be considered for this role.All chefs should have experience working in fresh food kitchens where you were cooking for large numbers regularly, ideally with previous banqueting experience.
