Overview
Site Manager (Landscaping) - North West London - Immediate Start A Site Manager is required to oversee the externals (landscaping, groundworks) package on a new build residential development in Wembley, North West London. The scheme has been on site for 18 months and consists of over 500 units built across several RC frame blocks. This is a logistically challenging london site with a tight footprint and close by to several other large construction projects. Candidates ideally will come from a civil engineering / groundworker / landscaping subcontractor background and have managed on projects of a similar calibre to this. The successful Manager will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is a freelance role for a minimum of 12 months or until the completion of the project in March 2021. Role/duties: Ensure smooth construction process including Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
