Overview
A multi-award winning organic skincare brand developed for sensitive skin is seeking a highly organised Planning & Purchasing Manager to be r esponsible and accountable for the management of Purchase Order and Purchasing Management, Master Data, SKU Creation and the stock-flow/purchase order flow between warehouses and partners. Supporting the Supply Chain Manager and wider operations team. Vendor Set up, Inventory Policy · Management of system master data, inventory policy of SKU’s, component SKU set up and update COGS · Root cause discrepancies in inventory and transactions using data and feedback from Logistics providers · Provide ad hoc analyses and system reporting · Manage manual flows of data between vendors and internal systems on an interim basis while system integrations continue · Manage the flow of stock and Purchase Orders with our Raw Material Partners and offsite warehouse · Assisting the Supply & Demand Planning Process on a weekly basis Requirements · Supply Chain Operations (1-3 Years) · Advance Excel It is essential to be an advanced user of Excel and be comfortable undertaking analysis using complex formulas and other MS Packages · Strong organisational and analytical skills with an eye for detail · Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external parties · Ability to work well both independently and in a team atmosphere · Understanding of NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred but not required If you are a detail oriented Planning & Purchasing Manager looking to develop your skills within a growing Beauty business, we would love to hear from you.
