Brand Marketing Manager - Leading Global Law Firm
Overview
One of the world's leading law firms is looking for a confident, energetic and determined Brand Marketing Manager with proven experience managing high profile integrated campaigns across multiple channels. The role holder will be an important member of the firm's global brand, communications and marketing community, part of an integrated team based in London, collaborating closely with colleagues around the firm's international network. The Brand Marketing Manager will drive the successful delivery of firm-wide brand, marketing and communications objectives, ensuring maximum impact and audience cut-through in a highly competitive market. The successful candidate will be proactive in delivering results and will be expected to co-ordinate and help shape the central marketing plan and ensure that it supports the firm's overall strategy and brand and marketing goals. You will assume responsibility for leading and supporting marketing campaigns in strategic markets, and marketing planning and execution across complementary areas including content, design, research and analysis, generating copy and other content for communication channels and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and related marketing initiatives. You will lead specific streams of brand activity, particularly substantial areas where the skills required include strong project management, content awareness, design understanding and marketing mix. In addition, the individual will be tasked with ensuring the various aspects of the firm's engagement with the global directories come together effectively, with best practices well embedded and well delivered, working with and training colleagues around the firm. You will have successful and solid experience in a similar role gained in a legal environment allied with excellent verbal and written communication skills and good attention to detail. A can-do attitude and an ability to build strong relationships across an organisation are essential, together with a deep understanding of working and communicating with a broad range of senior stakeholders. The Brand Marketing Manager will also have strong experience in digital marketing and taking messages and content to market through social media channels, as well as through offline campaigning, and a commitment to the use of data and other information to inform and improve marketing practice and execution.
