Property Litigation Partner West Midlands The firm has a strong reputation for real estate litigation work, with a dedicated team of experts handling matters arising from all manner of property-related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act. The team operates as part of nationally integrated litigation practice and benefits from a very closely aligned relationship with the firm's market-leading real estate and built-environment group. In this key role, you'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner-occupiers whilst developing the profile of the team throughout the local region and beyond. You may already be a partner looking for a stronger platform to develop your practice or you may be a senior lawyer looking for your first partnership role. It is likely you will have at least 6 years PQE in real estate litigation gained with a recognised commercial firm in the Midlands or in another major legal centre or London. You'll bring proven technical skills, an outward-facing, client-driven approach and an aptitude for developing strong client relationships.
