ESTATE PLANNING LAWYER - NQ TO 2 YEARS PQE TUNBRIDGE WELLS, KENT SALARY: £35-45K, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Our Legal 500 Tier 1, Top 100 ranked client is seeking an exceptional Private Client Fee Earner to join the Tunbridge Wells team. Working not only with the best local, if not national Lawyers with respect of Private Client law, you will develop a full caseload under supervision or directly (depending upon individual experience and the complexity of clients' needs) advising on and drafting; Wills Trusts Lasting Powers of Attorney Tax planning All other related matters You may also be asked to take on some probate matters, to help you gain experience of administering estates. The role will involve assisting on Business Development, be it by engaging with clients, writing articles and publications and so. Salary negotiable, very much in line with experience and future potential. Those in the process of working towards STEP, or those keen to do so once within the team are desirable, but not an essential criteria. Flexible working available.
