Fantastic opportunity with a very well-known and established Estate Agency in Tunbridge Wells Our clients, a very well reputed Estate Agents in Tunbridge Wells, require an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager to join their already successful team. As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for: The overall profitability of the branch Generating new business by canvassing, valuing and instructing properties to the market. Managing, training and motivating staff Working to personal and branch targets. Additional responsibilities will include negotiating sales, ensuring business is compliant and offering a quality service to customers. If you are currently an Estate Agency Branch Manager, or a top performing Assistant/Sales Manager looking to take the next step in your career; this could be an ideal opportunity for you. This is an opportunity to join a well-established company that invest in staff development & truly incentivise hard work. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a solid estate agency background and experience managing a team. This role is paying a basic salary of up to£30,000 with a realistic OTE of £55,000 A company car or car allowance will also be offered.
