Estate Agency Senior Branch Manager From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example and must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes. Estate Agency Senior Branch Manager You will be working with a number of excellent offices and teams, covering Branch Managers in their absence. You will assume full responsibility for motivating the offices and providing the teams with direction and inspiration, as together you ensure company goals and targets are met. Estate Agency Senior Branch Manager A minimum of 2 years experience in the Estate Agency industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining.
