Legal Counsel - Funds
Overview
A global specialist asset manager is hiring a legal counsel to support its London business on a 12 month contract. This is an opportunity to work on all legal matters in a critical business-facing capacity. In addition to reviewing, drafting and negotiating multiple key agreements and dealing with legal queries, you will partner with the product solutions team to support the development of new products and the launch and maintenance of new and existing funds. You will also be responsible for managing legal risk across the business generally and within the funds business, negotiating contracts, liaising with external counsel and regulators and providing advice to business units on legal and regulatory matters. To be considered you should have considerable experience working in-house for an asset management business. Please apply if you are interested to discuss further.
