Overview
Anakin Seal are recruiting for an exciting new role in central Leeds. Our Client, a leading law firm in central Leeds, seek to recruit an experienced compliance professional to join their internal finance team. You will be responsible for providing support to the firms finance manager, dealing with the management of compliance with SRA accounts rules (SAR's). Duties including but not limited to: Managing and collating compliance data to report to the board Investigating and resolving breaches Recording of SAR breaches Reviewing and auditing client files and ledgers Dealing with residual client account balances, documenting findings and reporting feedback Collating and filing supporting documentation in respect of audits Identifying risk and risk controls The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 18 months' financial compliance experience, ideally gained within a finance/ accounts team though candidates from a financial services/ banking background will be considered. This is a brand new role, giving the successful candidate a chance to really make it their own. Salary to £35,000 per annum, 33 days' holiday inclusive of bank holidays, 35 hours per week.
