You’ll be part of the Group who employ 53,000 people in nearly 2,800 locations worldwide. as explansion we see an Administator to join compliance a role where you can join and have clear growth and progression The role Produce and maintain an accurate Individualised Learner Record (ILR), and to ensure that the files are submitted according to published timetable and specification. To manage the clearing of data errors within the ILR file Reporting and admin for One file E-learning adding and removing learners, courses and training plans. Reporting and provide learner support for E-learning. Password controls issues etc. Data capture for Board reporting Day to day engagement with Tutor, mentors and apprentices on learning and off the job reporting. Learning database monitor and update with learning and development outcomes. Operational reports data analysis and capture. Data input, capture and progress updates for government controls, OFSTED, ESFA contract and Institute of apprentices. To ensure that the data held on the apprentice records system is timely, accurate and easily accessible. Maintain reporting and checklist controls for starters, leavers, End point assessments, re-sits etc. Assist Head of Training and Development with SAR and QIP updates monitors and checks. Provide admin support with Coaches and training needs, ie resources builds. Monitor and provide reporting on ECS compliance. Expected to promote with all staff the importance of safeguarding, Prevention and awareness of vulnerable adults they come into contact with. Maintaining SAFPRO database (starters, leavers etc.) Supporting the Assurance & Data Protection Officer with the maintenance of the company ISO9001, 14001 and 27001 Management Systems Recording and updating various compliance registers and logs Monitoring action points raised at various management and committee meetings Liaising with department heads and regional offices regards to compliance requirements and updates Assist and help with developing compliance resources and communications tools, converting subject matter notes and content in relevant formats when requested Assist the Compliance & Data Protection Officer with executing the Compliance Monitoring Programme covering routine compliance monitoring of various aspects of the business. Handling potential compliance issues that are reported and or identified in a timely manner. Assist with conducting internal investigations with respect to actual or potential irregularities, compliance breaches and violations. Refer to and consult with the Compliance & Data Protection Officer regarding higher risk clients and any client requiring additional approval. Deal with all administrative tasks that fall on the Compliance team and assist in ad-hoc compliance projects. Ensuring relevant documents are reviewed, updated and compliant Assisting with daily H & S inquiries in the absence of H & S Manager Preparation of risk assessments & Method statements Assist in accident/incident investigations Completion of PQQ’s Assisting with the renewal of H & S accreditations - any experience in this field advantageous To carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time. please send CVs today for fast reply we are holding interviews next week please apply today
