Overview
Legal PA - IP Litigation £42,000 Providing full PA support for 2 partners, along with two associates, in the IP litigation group. Staff receive a yearly bonus, the average is 4% Arranging client meetings Extensive diary management Providing agendas, attending and taking minutes for weekly IP meeting, Amending and formatting documents, document comparisons, audio typing Articles and opinions, drafting replies to correspondence and emails Arranging UK and complex international travel to include visas/accommodation and preparation of itineraries Electronic expense claims on behalf of partners/associates Billing and dealing with billing issues with knowledge of SOS Connect Providing WIP reports and collating various financial reports, importing to excel. Archiving and maintenance of client records, e-filing and extensive paper filing and preparation of bundles for trial. Liaising with the marketing team, helping at BD events to include meet and greets.
