Overview

One of our clients a respected MGA Broker are seeking a Marine Broker/Administrator to join their team Based in London. Full training will be provided. This role would suit someone with some Insurance or Admin experience looking to progress in the Insurance industry. The Role: Handling the Hull and P&I for UK and European small commercial craft. Covering the tasks around new business, mid-term adjustment and renewal requirements of both direct clients and broker accounts. Statistical information and bordereaux production will be required per month. With the other team members, to monitor the facilities progress and work to find ways of growing the accounts through competitive pricing and excellent service, including liaising with insurers to ensure insurance solutions for as many prospects as possible. Responsibilities: Handling new business enquiries; production of slip/quotation with over-view of the underwriter. Handling any MTAs and issuance of relevant paperwork Issuance of renewal offers and follow ups. Liaising with underwriters on any referrals. Liaising with clients/brokers & handling any queries that may arise. Ensuring procedures and documents meet FCA guidelines Producing monthly statistical reports Ideally You Will Have: Experience using Open GI Strong communication skills - Written and verbal 1 years' Admin Experience
