Overview
SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE opportunties available at this leading international law firm based in BIRMINGHAM. If you have experience of running a litigated caseload and want to handle a high value, complex caseload of technical property damage recovery matters then this opportunity is for you. The work is diverse; ranging from flood and fire damage through to subsidence. Key Criteria: Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 6 months of relevant litigation experience. Excellent technical ability with an aptitude for effectively resolving complex claims. Commercially and financially astute. Able to handle a caseload of claims of up to c£150K in value. Demonstrate experience of recovery and liability experience. Excellent client care skills. Team player. IT literate.
