Overview
Client Services Manager £35,000 - £42,000 Our Client, is a well known established security systems company based in Central London. The ideal candidate would be experienced within customer service and well as experience within managing of projects/sales and having at least 5 years experieince within this type of role. The prime function of the role will be to be responsible for maintainig and developing the companies client portfolio, with a keen focus on account management and first class customer servcie and looking for potential new opportunities. Main duties Ensuring the service provided to current customers is to a high standard, implimenting changes where necessary Obtaining feedback on a regular basis to present to the business. Building strong relationships with internal departments and the supply chain Responsible for the day to day client requests for new equipment or changes to client current set up Work with the Head of Client Servceis on large client projects to ensure smooth installation and handover to the control room. Assist with maintance and further development of the sales and marketing plan, to develop the customer base. Assist in the compilation of weekly/monthly reports. Build a pipeline of opportunities in CRM The ideal candidate Must have 5 years previous expereince in this type of role Must be commercially aware Strong communication skills Computer literate Ability to deal tactfully and effectiely with a wide range of people.
