Temporary Receptionist Your new company Hays are now recruiting for a temporary receptionist to work in a professional services business. The role is based in Manchester City Centre. The receptionist vacancy is an immediate start and on an ongoing basis. Your new role Main Responsibilities of your new role include, but are not exclusive to: Answering all telephone calls in a welcoming and professional manner Inspecting and maintaining the reception area to ensure it remains clean and tidy Distributing visitor badges to those who require them Monitoring the visitor book, ensuring that it is always up to date and correct Welcoming all visitors into the building in a friendly and helpful manner Supporting other team members with full administrative support Front of house duties including, greeting and directing visitors appropriately Assistance with setting up meetings and helping with the cleaning afterwards Having great knowledge of the business, allowing you to answer questions effectively What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will require the following: Previous experience working as a receptionist is vital Excellent telephone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills You must be professionally presented You must be friendly, organised and intelligent, whist being a team player You must always be punctual and polite What you'll get in return In return you will receive an hourly wage of £8.21.
