Temporary Receptionist Role - Manchester City Centre - £10 an hour Your new company Hays are recruiting for a temporary receptionist to work for a legal services firm. The role is in Manchester City Centre and paying £10 an hour. It is immediate start and on an ongoing basis. Your new role Main Responsibilities of your new role include but are not exclusive to: You will be responsible for dealing with all incoming phone calls in a professional way. Making sure that guests are greeted in a courteous and friendly manner. Monitoring the book of who comes in to the office and ensuring all information is accurately written down. Completing general administration tasks to maintain the smooth running of the office. Support other team members by being proactive and providing help where necessary. As the face of the company you must always conduct yourself in a professional manner. On a daily basis, you will handle and distribute all post coming in to the company. You must manage the office supplies and ensure that it is ran efficiently. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will require the following: Previous experience working as a receptionist is vital for this role. Must be a very organised individual who is adept at dealing with multiple responsibilities. The candidate must have strong work ethic and drive to produce the best results. Excellent and professional telephone manner, as this will be an integral part of the role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. As the face of the company you must have a professional and smart appearance. The candidate must be friendly and approachable. A team player that is happy to help the team with anything necessary. Must be assertive and have an eager approach to work at this company. Must be driven to complete all jobs to a high standard.
