Overview
Are you a Trainer, with experience of designing and delivering training for specific Software packages? Are you proactive and innovative? Would you like to work for a progressive, values driven Technology business? We are exclusively recruiting for a forward thinking, creative and autonomous Training Consultant who has experience of designing and delivering innovative training sessions utilising a variety of different training methods. As the Training Consultant you will be passionate about customer service and not afraid to think outside the box to deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities Design and deliver training for software packages using creative, innovative methods to engage and enthuse the end user Review and assess current methods and programmes determining their success and whether they are fit for purpose Champion the company's vision of becoming more modernised by creating innovative new ways of delivering training that will impress customers and clients Proactively review and evaluate your own material to ensure its effectiveness Work in collaboration with the wider business to share ideas and make recommendations as to how improvements can be made Profile You will be driven, ambitious and passionate about training. Your experience will primarily be within the software arena and evident with your previous successes. As the Training Consultant you must have experience of designing and writing your own materials as well as having the confidence to deliver engaging programmes without hesitation. Candidates must have HND or CIPD accreditation in Training or equivalent.
