Overview

Are you an experienced HR Assistant or HR Coordinator? Do you have experience working within a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment? I've partnered with an exciting production company in London to join their HR team of 8 but you will be reporting into and working closely with a HR Manager to support the client group of appox 250 employees. In this role, your duties include but are not limited to managing employee files via Excel as there is currently no HRIS, payroll administration and answering HR queries surrounding flexible working requests and managing performance related reviews. You will also have the opportunity to own the apprenticeship programme. You will be responsible for all HR Administration too Ideally you will have worked in a creative business and have experience overseeing payroll and proven communication skills.
