Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be supporting a successful family run organisation based in Bedminster Bristol Due to the continued success of the business, the team are growing and looking for a proactive, motivated and highly organised individual to join their team. This role is a temporary to permanent opportunity ad we are ideally looking for someone who can start asap. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in delivering exceptional customer service. Duties of the role will include, however not limited too: Processing a high volume of customer orders Managing customer queries with the highest level of professionalism Handling complaints or order queries Supporting a team of field sales staff with administration support Confidently and professionally solving complex queries Managing all general administration duties for the wider team The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to manage a range of tasks and thrive in a team environment.
