Overview
A growing communications business based on the outskirts of Cambridge are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on a temporary to permanent contract. This position has come up due to an increase in workload and you will work as part of a team of 4 and will support with the following - - Make contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment - Resolve queries for outstanding invoices - Escalate disputes to the Credit Manager - Process client refunds - Take card payments over the telephone - Process credit checks You will need to have excellent customer service skills and a confident communicator, you must also be available to start next week.
