Overview
My client needs a tenacious temp credit controller immediately to collect a backlog of debt for a period of 3 to 6 months. You must have excellent communication skills, not be frightened of using the phone and have the ability to find the correct person to speak to as much of the debt is within the public sector and so this can be difficult. You will be skilled also at clearing any issues which are preventing payment. In addition to chasing debt, you will process cash and reconcile accounts.
