SEND Youth Support Worker Alternative Education All London boroughs covered Full-time, March 2020 start Competitive daily pay depending on experience Empowering Learning is seeking dedicated Youth Support Workers to work in SEND educational settings across North, West, East and South London. Our schools are looking for Youth Support Workers that have experience in coaching, mentoring, and lending assistance in classroom settings. Ideal candidates must feel comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour from students with a range of additional SEND and be able to show a calm and engaging approach. Experience of working with children or adults in an education setting isn't essential, but a willingness to learn new coaching skills to improve behaviour and development is critical. All long-term positions are for a March 2020 start date.
