Overview
PERTEMPS MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ARE RECRUITING FOR A CARE CO-ORDINATOR WITHIN THE LONDON REGION. An opportunity has arisen to work as a Care Co-ordinator in London to cover temporary sickness absence within the team. Early Intervention is an exciting area to work in as at the forefront of mental health research and aligned to deliver NICE concordant care for First Episode Psychosis. The role will entail carrying a caseload of patients (number variable depending on experience but no more than 18) and acting as the Care Co-ordinator for this client group. You will complete initial assessments, discharging patients back to the GP, Duty Worker and Clinic Duty. Skills Required: Nurse with knowledge of working with first episode of psychosis Knowledge of CPA Assessment skills Knowledge of care co-ordination Depot administration Duty cover NMC Registration Band 5 or 6 RMN Band 5 or 6, ASAP START FOR THREE MONTHS.
