Overview
Cloud Architect - GCP Projects - Global Organisation A Cloud Architect, with strong knowledge of GCP required to join one of the world's leading consultancies, you'll be shaping and delivering Google Cloud projects/implementations. Strong client facing experience is key for this role and you'll need to be someone capable of managing stakeholders at a senior levls and contributing toward pre-sales. This is DOE so get in touch for more info The Role: You'll be a senior member of the team, helping them deliver complex, cutting edge Google Cloud projects to a prestigious blue-chip client base. This is an opportunity to take ownership of creative strategies whilst also remaining hands-on and working closely with development teams, guiding the cloud landscape. You will have the autonomy to create and evolve technical strategies, architectures, and roadmaps in order to meet my client's current and future IT & and business needs. Often wearing more than one hat at the same time, juggling multiple projects and working closely with key stakeholders to identify new data projects in line with the businesses goals. A strong knowledge of data warehousing and data architecture is necessary for this role as well as proven experience designing and developing solutions for Cloud Architectures. You: You'll have multiple years' experience in hands-on Architectural roles, and a successful track record of having lead Google cloud implementations and guiding stakeholders throughout the process. Holding professional Architect/Google certifications would be a real bonus too Ideally you will have multiple cloud implementations under your belt and be passionate about working with cloud technologies. You'll thrive in fast-paced Agile environments, possess excellent communication skills, and be well versed managing and influencing key stakeholders. Key experience/skills: Proven track record delivering Cloud and Data solutions Hands-on experience leading Google Cloud Implementations Experience with Google Cloud storage Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Data modelling Strong knowledge of SQL Excellent communication skills Experience taking on pre-sales responsibilities would be a huge bonus Be confident at managing senior level stakeholders The salary on offer for this role is very much DOE, but as a ballpark figure we're working to £80-100k in addition to some stand out benefits including bonuses and share options.
