Job Title: Customer Service/Renewals Advisor Job Location: Manchester City Centre Job Salary: £21,000, OTE £25,000 Job Hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 6:30pm (4pm finish every Friday) NO WEEKEND OR LATE SHIFTS MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE LOCATION The package: A salary of £21,000 A monthly bonus scheme with an average bonus of £400 p/m Up to 42 days holiday per year Pension and health-care plans A relaxed working environment Offices based in the City Centre of Manchester No weekend work or late shifts The opportunity to grow with the business We are looking for a talented and driven Customer Service & Renewals Advisor to join our established team in our Manchester City Centre You will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls offering great customer service and renewing services For the role, we require: Customer service experience in a call centre environment Someone highly motivated and able to work under pressure Financial services background is beneficial Are you interested?
