CALL HANDLERS Immediate start Salary - £18,005 3 month contract Location: Newburn Full-time hours Do you have valid and clear enhanced DBS, excellent customer service experience and can start work immediately? If so, we would love to hear from you. Working for a well-respected company you will deal with incoming calls from patients who have health related questions. Full training is given, this is fully paid. You will be working shifts between 8am-9pm, working either 30 or 37.5 hours per week, this will include weekends. We are looking for advisors who have previously worked with in the health industry, who have a caring, empathetic nature and are able to stay calm in a stressful situation.
