Overview

You will be joining an innovative and forward thinking business who are looking for a sales ledger to join their busy fiance function at their South Manchester offices. You will be responsible for processing high volume of invoices, ensuring the invoices are sent out correctly and on time while also dealing with customer invoice disputes. The fast paced, dynamic environment will suit a someone who is passionate about accounts/finance. Description As an Sales ledger, you will report into the Financial Controller, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: production of invoices; bank reconciliations; ledger processing; accounts administration; sales ledger, filing and checking statements and help chasing outstanding payments on the credit control side as and when required. Profile The successful candidate will have the following. Previous sales ledger experience - Essential Experience of managing your own ledger - Essential AAT qualified - Essential Excellent communication skills - Essential High level of customer service - Essential Strong IT skills and MS Office - Essential Experience of working within a busy and fast paced environment - Essential Bank reconciliation - Essential Job Offer On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £25-28,000 plus 20 days holidays (plus bank holidays), car parking , pension , career progression.
