Production Operative - Manufacturing Are you looking to work for a stable company? Are you wanting regular days? If so, then please read on Our client has been established for over 100 years, manufacturing with their chosen sector and creating high quality products. This is a varied role assisting in the production and final assembly of a range of products that are produced in-house with duties to include: Processing raw materials through a range of surface finishing and machining equipment Basic fabrication to include plasma cutting and welding Final assembly Performing quality control checks Preparing and re-stocking materials for use in production General housekeeping of the production area Experience & Personal Attributes: Previous experience is not essential as training will be provided, but the ideal candidate will be competent when using hand and power tools. A willingness to learn and develop as the department expands and the ability to work on their own initiative is essential The department is fast paced with constantly changing deadlines and priorities, so the ideal candidate will be well organised with a flexible approach to any given task. This role is a temp to perm position. Initial rate of pay £8.97 per hour Overtime. Various company benefits after successfully completing the probation period. Hours - 8.30am to 4.30pm (Mon-Thur) 8.30am to 4.00pm (Fri)
