NEW ROLE JUST IN Halo Recruit are working in partnership with one of Derbyshire's lead manufactures recruiting on behalf of our client for a Mixing Room/ Production Team Leader on a permanent basis. If the answer is YES, then Halo Recruit would love to hear from you The ideal candidate will have experience of the following and will be responsible for: · Ensuring Production Schedule is met · Working in a manufacturing environment · Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are enforced and adhered to · Supervision of a small team Inc. disciplinary issues · Previous experience of leading up to a team of 15 · Safe handling and storage of chemicals The ideal candidate will also have experience of the following: · Computerised software systems (MRP) · Microsoft Excel · Writing SOP's (Standard Operating Procedure) · Forklift Operation · COSHH Other favourable characteristics: · Target Driven · A real team player · Challenging existing work practices · Streamlining processes · Clean & Tidy approach to work Working Hours: 07:30am - 16:00pm Monday - Friday with overtime if required Salary: Salary is negotiable depending on experience To apply for this role please forward your CV along with a cover letter to Kas or contact our offices on 01623 628843 for more information.
