Overview
3-6 month HR Business Partner role for a Local Authority in London. £20-£23 per hour starting ASAP. Your new company You will be working for a Local Authority in Central London, as an HR Business Partner for 3-6 months. The role is full time, 37 hours across Monday - Friday, and will pay £20-£23 per hour. Please only apply if you are on 1 week's notice or less. Your new role You will be providing an end to end business partnering/advisory service to a client group of 300-650 employees - directorate could be either Finance, Governance, Corporate Services or Social Services (Adults, Children and Education). You will advise/lead on TUPE, restructures and redundancy, as well as managing 5-10 ER cases from investigation to appeal, hearing and dismissal and managing and advising on high sickness absence. What you'll need to succeed Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience of working with Children's Services, Adult Services or Similar Services within a Council, or have experience of working in the public sector at HRBP or Senior HR Advisor level. Candidates must have experience of working within a unionised environment. What you'll get in return You will be paid on a weekly basis and the role may be extended beyond the 3-6 months.
