Overview

This position is stand alone HR Generalist position to cover a 18 month secondment within an extremely busy/ fast paced environment. Client Details Growing Manufacturing business. Description As Interim HR Advisor/ Manager you will provide a professional and proactive HR solution across 3 sites (240 headcount). With a focus on the Edinburgh facility, this will include; leading local HR projects, guidance and support on all aspects of people management including employee relations, employee engagement, training and development. Profile Prior experience in a standalone HR role Strong recruitment & selection skills A working knowledge of current UK employment law CIPD qualification Excellent stakeholder management Prior experience within a fast paced role Inclusive of month-end payroll instructions and reporting Job Offer Immediate start or available at short notice
