Your new company A medium sized not-for-profit organisation based in Horley are seeking a confident and experienced HR Administrator with strong administrative experience to join their HR team on a permanent bases to support the business in a brand new role. This is a part-time role where you will be required to work 22.5 hours per week. Your new role Reporting in to the HR Advisor, the purpose of the role is to provide HR admin support to the HR team and to support with the following: Payroll Personnel files Management of the HR inbox Recruitment Starter packs Meetings What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in the role you must have previous experience of working within HR and be CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards the qualification.
