Overview
A global Accountancy firm is looking for an Experienced Resourcing Advisor to join their team. Key responsibilities of this include: Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders to ensure hat the most effective and cost efficient sourcing strategy is utilised at all times Proactively foster relationships and leverage our employer brand to build and maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates Manage the relationship with the supply chain for the specific business area Support the business with market and business intelligence Have autonomy for your own business area as well as working closely with the HR Managers and sourcing function This person will: Have experience gained from either agency or in-house (ideally within professional services) Have outstanding stakeholder management with a clear focus on delivery Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail If interested, please apply directly
