Job description: Our client has an outstanding opportunity for an HR Business Partner to work for a prestigious organisation in London. Flexible working option is available. This is a 12 month FTC with a view of permanent work based on performance. You will be supporting the Senior HR Business Partner in partnering a Service Line across the UK. You will be providing people-related advice and guidance. Skills and attributes for success Strong Employee Relations experience of complex disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, re-organisation, redundancy and performance management activities Coaching HR Advisors in relation to the delivery of people strategy. Building and maintaining influential relationships with business leaders and managers Working with the Learning & Development team to ensure the centrally developed products and initiatives meet the business requirements To be successful in this role you must have: • Worked in a large complex matrix environment • Strong HR technical skills that have been honed and proven through practical application • Strong ER skills with a practical application of managing performance as well as conducting formal ER meetings and investigations • Ability to cope with a role that involves the transactional and operational as well as bigger picture thinking • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment where quality delivery and client service is key • Commercial and pragmatic approach balanced with a high degree of sensitivity and discretion • Ability to be resilient, practical and a self-starter, comfortable with working on own and with teams. • Possesses leading-edge knowledge of contemporary HR practices • Strong Excel skills ideal. To qualify for the role you must have Proven HRBP/HR Manager experience. The ability to act as counsel to junior colleagues Resilience and the gravitas to be able to pick up challenging work and dealing with senior stakeholders.
