Very commercially focussed / savvy Description Head of Employee Development (Part-time) - setting up and delivering the LD function within the organisation Talent Development - employee engagement, enabling staff to reach their full potential through collective and individual LD Standalone role Focus on talent retention and reducing turnover (currently low at 10%) Experience of Recruitment preferable Reporting to HRD HR Team of 3 (total) Professional, commercial environment - commercial background / experience preferable Part-time, flexible working (21 hours / 3 days per week) Profile Experience of managing LD / Talent Development Standalone experience a plus Some commercial background / experience preferable Experience of Recruitment Open to part-time - Flexible working an option Job Offer 50k salary (Pro rata'd) Flexible working Warm, welcoming team and environment Amazing healthcare charity, impacting government and NHS policy and growing significantly Opportunity to make a real impact and shape the development of this very dedicated team
