Role: HR Director Industry: Technology Location: City of London Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 My client are a hyper-growth tech business who are looking for an experienced HR Director to join their London HQ. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will lead on designing and implementing a global people strategy. They are a strong agile working business so experience working in a high-growth agile tech business is a must You will have proven ability to influence senior leadership at a c-suite level and a tech heavy client group. Commercial acumen, a good understanding of "modern ways of working" as well as a good sense of humour is what we need for this role. Self-sufficiency is also key You will have worked in a HR Director/Head of HR capacity and helped a business through growth and change.
