Overview
Software QA Engineer. Avanti are currently partnering with a world leading supplier of Software in the construction industry based in Middlesbrough who are looking for a QA Analyst to join their team as they aim to digitalise the construction industry. They are looking for a Software Tester with experience working in an Agile environment using Manual/Automation testing tools to perform testing of their Windows desktop applications. With a set 20% of your work week for training this is a great opportunity for a manual tester to move into automation, or to expand on existing automation experience. You’ll be joining an established test team as they continue to grow rapidly as they turn their Middlesbrough office into their main Tech Hub. Is great opportunity for progression as you’ll have a clear mapped out career plan. Essential Skills: · Able to detect and track software defects and inconsistencies. · Working in an Agile, Scrum environment. · Good time management skills. · Great communication skills. · Ability to work under pressure.
