Overview
The Role: As part of a fast-paced team, the Client Support Executive is responsible for assisting our clients with any queries they have whilst using our suite of products. Acting as the first point of contact, you will be required to be knowledgeable about our products to enable you to advise clients and resolve issues quickly. To achieve the highest level of service, this position will also include administration duties. Your primary focus will be helping our existing customers. What are we looking for? The successful candidate will have previous experience of supporting customer requirements in a fast-paced business to business environment. You possess excellent telephone skills and build rapport with customers quickly and effectively. You will also have a keen eye for detail coupled with excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
