Vehicle Service Advisor Alecto Recruitment are recruiting for a highly successful Main Dealer who are looking to recruit experienced Service Advisors in the Maidenhead area. Our client is offering competitive salaries and unrivalled training for all Vehicle Service Advisors that join their team. The ideal Vehicle Service Advisor will have knowledge of One Link, Pinnacle or Kerridge, be confident in their ability to provide excellent customer service and experience working in a Main Dealer. The Role: Liaising directly with customers to arrange services for their vehicles, via inbound calls and walk ins. Arranging job cards for Technicians using specialist systems. Maximising upselling opportunities with customers. Offering an outstanding and thorough service for customers This is a full time, permanent position paying up to £21,000 basic bonus of 6k anually.
