Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Operations Manager specialising in the pharmaceutical logistics sector to join a niche logistics business offering bespoke B2B and B2C services. You will lead and manage the Customer Service Operations in this continuously growing, customer centric business. Applicants need to have a background in Customer Services, managing and developing teams together with an excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical specialist courier sector to support delivery of a best in class Customer Service and the expansion of the customer portfolio. Key Experience & Skills required Higher level education. Previous sales / customer service experience desirable. Background in CRM/Customer Service/Sales Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical specialist courier sector Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills Experience of coaching & developing teams to provide service excellence Self motivated with ability to work efficiently and independently.
