Paying £18k - £20k Key responsibilities of Temp Purchase Ledger Clerk: Processing all purchase invoices across several legal entities Processing all employee expenses Liaising with colleagues to ensure invoices and expenses are authorised correctly Coding invoices and expenses to cost centres Dealing with supplier queries efficiently and professionally Reconciliations of bank accounts and ad hoc supplier statements Ad hoc analysis and assisting with month end closing Key requirements: Previous experience of posting invoices in high volumes Strong attention to detail Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting Personable character Available to start ASAP
