*Salary: 8.89 **Hours: 20 Hours per week - Monday to Friday 5pm-9pm*** Please Quote Ref: 0001 Mitie is currently looking to recruit a Evening Cleaning Technician to work in our client's site in Solihull on a temporary on going basis to help support the COVID-19 situation. Job description: * Hoovering * Dusting * Cleaning and restocking of toilets * Emptying of all general and recycling bins. * Cleaning of staff areas. * All other associated duties * Transport is advantageous due to location but not essential as local bus services available. * Staff will be required to undertake security checks so must have proof of ID (Passport/Birth Certificate) Proof of Address and proof of N.I Number. * Staff will also be required to provide a 5-year checkable work history to ensure successful vetting on site. * Uniform provided. * Overtime Available. Health and Safety responsibilities: * Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times; * Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment; * Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received; * Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system; * Follow the strict social distancing and hygiene practices as set out by the site. Information Security * Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities; * Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager; * Report actual and suspected security incidents; Note: This job description Is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for this position and the range of duties undertaken.
