Job Description Salary: 8.89 Hours: 20 Hours per week - Monday to Friday 5pm-9pm Please Quote Ref: 0001 Mitie is currently looking to recruit a Evening Cleaning Technician to work in our client's site in Solihull on a temporary on going basis to help support the COVID-19 situation. Job description: * Hoovering * Dusting * Cleaning and restocking of toilets * Emptying of all general and recycling bins. * Cleaning of staff areas. * All other associated duties Qualifications * Transport is advantageous due to location but not essential as local bus services available. * Staff will be required to undertake security checks so must have proof of ID (Passport/Birth Certificate) Proof of Address and proof of N.I Number. * Staff will also be required to provide a 5-year checkable work history to ensure successful vetting on site. * Uniform provided. * Overtime Available. Additional Information Health and Safety responsibilities: * Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times; * Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment; * Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received; * Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system; * Follow the strict social distancing and hygiene practices as set out by the site. Information Security * Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities; * Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager; * Report actual and suspected security incidents; Note: This job description Is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for this position and the range of duties undertaken. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder throughout the period of employment. The job description may be varied from time to time by the Company to reflect changes in the post holder's role and/or the needs of the business.
