Data and Compliance Manager
Overview

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior managers to ensure that the schools’ policies are compliant with current regulatory requirements, specific in the areas of: Child Protection and Safeguarding Health and Safety Data protection Copyright and intellectual property Independent and DfE schools’ standards and regulations Maintain a register of school’s policies ensuring that reviews of all policies are timetabled and completed as required Take ownership of data protection requirements, ensuring the processes are in-line with data regulations and identify Working across various departments to ensure that all areas are compliant, and audits are complied with Be the local HR admin and responsible for the administration of Single Central register Support the Designated Safeguarding Lead in delivering Safeguarding and child protection training and record-keeping Identify other compliance training requirements and to ensure that the training is delivered as required Enforce and comply with applicable professional ethical guidelines and all relevant internal rules, policies and procedures, including those relating to health and safety, data protection and IT security If you are interested in exploring this further and would like to find out more, click ‘apply now’ and submit an up to date CV.
