Industrial Disease Paralegal/NQ job in job in Cardiff - Top firm Your new firm Our award-winning client is seeking to expand their Personal Injury team with the addition of three candidates, ranging from Senior Paralegals to NQ level within their Cardiff office. You will be joining a highly regarded, friendly team and specialise in bespoke military industrial disease. Your new role Your role will involve working within the personal injury team to assist on group action claims, including military deafness. Your main duties will include inspecting disclosure documents, reviewing medical records, preparing witness statements and dealing with CFAs and funding. What you'll need to succeed You will be a Senior Paralegal or a recently qualified lawyer, looking to specialise in industrial disease/personal injury. It will be advantageous if you have Paralegal experience or completed a seat on your training contract in clinical negligence. You will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of the overall team. Excellent organisation and time management is essential in this role, as will be the ability to work to tight deadlines for corporate clients.
