Overview
Please note this role can be considered both full time OR part time Our client is a privately-owned Estate with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the UK. In a small office and friendly team of 4, we are hiring for a support person to get involved in a varied role Responsibilities will be diverse, including PA, accounts and general office admin. Tasks will include: PA to Chief Executive, with additional assistance to the Finance Director, as and when required Diary management and travel (local & UK only) for the CEO Typing/Correspondence/dealing with post and in-bound enquiries Preparation of Board Packs for quarterly meetings with the Chairman and Trustees Handling highly confidential and sensitive information Checking emails and prioritising on behalf of the CEO Acting as gatekeeper Submitting expenses Providing book-keeping support to the Accountant Ensuring the smooth running of the office, including keeping systems and processes up to date to maintain efficiency, welcoming visitors Liaising with external providers Project work depending on skill set and experience; e.g. the estate office is modernising, moving to digital/electronic filing etc as well as working on a brand identity and online presence Key Skills Excellent organisational skills; High attention to detail and strong work ethic Sound knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Website experience, book-keeping experience helpful but not essential Discrete and trustworthy Proactive and forward thinking Can-do approach, happy to muck in as and when required Ability to work in a small team, in a quiet environment Collaborative approach Ability to forge strong relationships with the internal and external teams
