HR & Compliance Coordinator £30k - £35k Investment Finance City Working with a stable financial investment company based in the heart of the city, we are looking for an HR and Compliance Coordinator to join the ranks. Having a financial services background is a must, and evidence of stability will be advantageous. This is a role where the client are happy to look at getting someone started virtually during the current climate. Your responsibilities shall include: Work as an intermediary between the business and various support functions for training, competency and recruitment. Ensuring timely deliverance of appraisals and one-to-one meetings, liaising with HR. Work with the Training and competence team to design and implement a CPD framework for all Liaise with accredited bodies to ensure that all Statement of Professional Standing Certificates for regulated staff are all renewed annually. Assist in development and provision accurate reporting of performance This is not a junior role, so ideally, we’d be looking for someone with at least 5 years experience in an HR functions, and for some of that to be spent within financial services, with exposure to collating management information. It would also be advantageous to have experience with Oracle, and strong Microsoft Office skills. We need a team player, someone who can build relationships well.
