An excellent opportunity in an established financial services firm, my client is looking for a switched on and experienced Team Assistant to join their boutique office in the heart of the West End. WHAT YOU’LL DO In this varied role, typical duties include: Diary management for Partners/COO Complex travel arrangement across the team Coordinating meetings Client meet and greet Office management and providing support to Operations Manger CRM management Producing reports and presentations WHO YOU ARE This is a unique opportunity for a team player to join a great team in a lovely working environment. Desired requirements: You will have experience working within a financial or professional services environment. You will have a proactive, hands on attitude with excellent time management skills. You will have extensive diary management experience and be able to effectively multi-task. You will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and be confident in liaising with individuals at all levels. You will have excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills. You will be proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
