Overview
A varied Team Secretart role in a high profile City Insurance Group based in the City, EC3 to support the Senior PA in providing secretarial & administrative assistance to the Directors and the Underwriting Division. Working in a lively, busy environment, this will suit a candidate with secretarial background, who is bright, personable with good communication skills, can prioritise workloads. Candidates will have 12 months related experience in a secretarial role, decent MS Office knowledge and skills. Duties will include - Arrange meetings, lunches, corporate & away days/events Cover diary management in the absence of other PA's for Senior Syndicate staff Organise business travel (including hotels, cars, currency) in line with budgets, also assessing marketing needs Point of contact for arranging all aspects of conference attendance Managing meeting rooms and greeting visitors Typing correspondence/creating reports including PowerPoint & Excel Assist with raising expense claims & checking submitted expense claims ensuring quality control Ad hoc tasks as required Ordering / selling back currency Support the Practice Heads with varying degrees of support depending on their requirements including inbox & calendar management, raising expenses & arranging meetings
